Cape D'Aguilar is a cape in the south of Shek O. It is named after Major-General George Charles D'Aguilar. It's a pave path(narrow road) all the way to the coast and it will take more than an hour to get there. Before the coast, there is a cave down the road called THUNDER CAVE, and as you continue to the coast you'll see the WHALE SKELETON. There is another cave called CRAB CAVE and you can see the whole view of the coast when you climb up on top of the crab cave. Perfect weather to visit this place is winter as there is no shade. The heat of the sun goes through the rocks and while you're up there you feel like you are being toasted in the fire on summer time.

Just take bus 9 from exit A3 Shau Kei Wan MTR station(make sure to take the one "via" Cape D'Aguilar route so it will take you to the starting point of your walk, specially when hiking there for the first time.
