Wad-Free® for Bed Sheets is simple and easy to use!

Wad-Free works similar to a garter clip:
1. Slide the clear round tab toward center to release it. Cover the open tab completely with fabric near the corner of your sheet, including plenty of fabric slack.
Note: The standard location for the fitted sheet is at the elastic edge; please see below for an the alternate attachment location for fitted sheets with thick elastic, or if you have trouble getting Wad-Free to work the regular way.
2. Poke the fabric-covered tab through the round hole in the base.
3. Slide the fabric-covered tab down into the channel, giving the sheet a slight tug back to make certain it is secure.
4. Attach the four corners of the sheet to the four tabs of Wad-Free. The completed sheet will look like a little parachute.
Fitted Sheet Alternate Attachment Location for Wad-Free for Bed Sheets:
If your fitted sheet has thick elastic, or the standard attachment location at the elastic edge doesn't yield good results for you, use the alternate attachment location along the corner pocket seam: follow the corner pocket seam 10" to 24" from the edge of the sheet. At this point, place that double-layer of fabric over an open tab and push the fabric-covered tab up through the hole, then back into the channel instead of using the fabric near the elastic edge. You can experiment with how far up from the elastic edge to attach Wad-Free for Bed Sheets.
Air-drying Bedding with Wad-Free:
Air-drying your bedding saves a LOT of energy and money! Even if you don’t have a clothesline, or it’s rainy, cold, or polluted where you live, Wad-Free lets everyone easily hang dry their bedding! First wash your sheets with Wad-Free so they come out cleaner, and the washer won’t go rocking off-balance. Next leave the bedding attached to the Wad-Free so you only need a little space to hang them up to dry from a shower curtain rod, balcony, or a closet! Watch your utility bills drop with all the energy you save!
How to Load Your Appliances:
• Make sure the appliance amply fits your bedding. Do not overload appliances.
• Pick up each sheet by the Wad-Free and fluff it out so that it resembles a parachute. Load sheets one at a time into your appliances.
• Load appliances according to the manufacturer's specifications.
• For top-loading washers, place the Wad-Free on the top of the load.
• For top-loading washers without an agitator, most appliance manufacturers specify loading bedding around the perimeter like a donut, as if a center agitator were there.
• Re-fluff the bedding as you transfer them one at a time to the dryer.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
• All sheets – both flat sheets and fitted sheets – and every blanket/duvet cover in the load must be attached to its own Wad-Free. (Use Wad-Free® for Blankets & Duvet Covers for those items.)
• The Gentle/Delicates cycle is best, and never use a high spin speed.
Wad-Free is not for use with fabric containing rayon, which includes bamboo and eucalyptus. Note that rayon goes by many names, including viscose, modal, lyocell, Tencel, acetate, cuprammonium, nitro silk, Bemberg silk, and art silk, and all fabrics claiming bamboo, eucalyptus, and beechwood are rayon.
Not recommended for weakened, thinned, damaged bedding.
