Practice log from today! A lot of my time recently has been going into horizontal plane ground work and duck outs, of which there are quite a bit in this vid. Emphasis on contact (no hands) work - not too many shots or empty knots to be seen. I'm spending a lot of time working on pulling in stylistic touches on this new tech as well.

In the coming months I'm hoping to start work on fusing this with more traditional tech, which I had a heavy dose of over the summer, in addition to acro.

Shot at my home at the Trap in Oakland CA, an arts warehouse. I have the best of living rooms.
