Easy Korean Bibimbap Sauce Recipe

Bibimbap sauce is an excellent condiment to add on to Korean bibimbap.
What is bibimbap?
Bibimbap is 'mixed rice' dish, with meat, varieties of steamed/ blanched vegetables, serve in a bowl of rice then drizzle with the hot, sweet and salty Korean sauce.

Recipe for Korean Bibimbap sauce

100g miso paste
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon Korean chilli powder / Gochugaru
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoon sesame oil
4 tablespoon sugar
3 teaspoon mince garlic
3 teaspoon mirin (substitute with 2 teaspoon vinegar and 1 teaspoon sugar)
3 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds

Resipi untuk membuat sos bibimbap
100g miso pes
1/2 cawan air
1 sudu besar cili serbuk Korean atau Gochugaru
1 sudu kecil serbuk cili
1 sudu kecil paprika
3 sudu besar minyak bijan
4 sudu besar gula perang
3 sudu kecil bawang putih di cincang halus
3 sudu mirin /atau campur 2 sudu kecil cuka dan 1 sudu kecil gula
3 sudu besar bijan yang di goreng
