Xtool IP616 VS Topdon ArtiDiag 800BT

Testing and comparing two similar priced scant tools, the Xtool IP616 and the Topdon ArtiDiag800BT.

After the release of the video, Xtool has promised me that they will speed up the development of new fitures, like the DPF Regen and injector coding for the Sprinter.
