Hi everyone!
It's been a while since I've uploaded something on this channel. This is something I usually don't talk about and I thought about making this video for a while. I got diagnosed with ADHD before I moved back to Japan and thought I'd share my story hoping it will be able to help others out in the same situation. Overall my experience in Japan has been positive. I'm able to receive the help I need and I'm surrounded by amazing people who support me.
