This video discusses the characteristics of a good research instrument, the types of questions and the common scales used in it.

Ma'am ANA PH emphasizes in the video that an instrument must be concise yet able to elicit or seek the information or the data needed in the study. The questions must be arranged in sequence and according to research questions posed in the statement of the problem.
If the questionnaire is researcher-made, it should pass validity and reliability.

On the other hand, the types of questions used in instruments are the following:
-Yes or No Questions
-Recognition type
-Completion type
-Coding type
-Subjective type

In terms of the commonly used scales, these are Likert Scale and Semantic Differential Scale.
