This week's delicacy is our coastal favourite, Chicken Pulimunchi. Spicy and best for our weekend treats.
Ingredients Required
Chicken - 1Kg
Onion-1 Medium size
Red Chillies-(5-6)
Garlic cloves -(5-6)
Peppercorns- 1/2 tbsp
Coriander Seeds-1 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds- 1/4th tbsp
Turmeric powder -1/4tbsp
Coriander Leaves
Tarmarind Water
Hing
Salt- As per taste
