With so much happening in the world right now, I’ve been feeling off in my own inner space.

Sleep has felt interrupted. My mind has been busier. A quiet undercurrent of anxiety.

I imagine many of you may be carrying something similar, especially if you are already a highly sensitive individual.

I wanted to share, in case you are feeling this too, you know that you are not alone.💛

I created this video as a small offering of support.🍄‍🟫

As I was editing it, it did allow me to finally sleep deeply. Something about the natural fibers and slow, rhythmic brushing movements soothed me quickly.

I once read a quote that stayed with me, it said something like: "I found the world to be severely lacking in safe spaces, so I became one".

That thought lingers with me. It reminds me that the energy we cultivate matters. The calm we practice within ourselves ripples outward. ✨

I hope you find a sense of safety and ease here. When we tend to our own nervous systems, when we ground ourselves and remain hopeful, it quietly strengthens the world around us.

🌎For those concerned about waste, this is mostly either old testers or expired product (I used to work at a beauty boutique and I have tons of almost empties).
