Newly-elected Zoram People’s Movement (ZPM) MLA Baryl Vanneihsangi participated in Worship Service at the Party Office on December 5. Vanneihsangi contested against F Lalnunmawia of Mizo National Front (MNF) and won from the Aizawl South-III seat in the recently concluded state polls. Baryl Vanneihsangi is one of the three women candidates to be elected in the recent assembly elections in the state.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
