Don't buy this synthetic motor oil

Don't buy this full synthetic oil.

Unless you want to save a lot of money.

You need to buy 10 quarts total for each $25 digital gift card rebate, 2 rebate limit.

Pick from over 100 gift cards like Amazon, Ebay, Autozone, Walmart, Burger King.

I received the rebate approval today 4/18/22, sent in online 3/27/22.

YMMV, Don't blame me if you can't find it this cheap or for the weight you need!

I paid for all the oil out of my own pocket and will make no money if you buy any.

Warning: Before you buy at a Walmart store have THEM scan the price!
It scanned $4 higher at the check out, EVEN though it scanned on Walmart App scanned at $20.37 in the store!
I bought Platinum High Mileage 10w30 again online at $20.37 ea. + tax for 10w-30.

2x 5 qt jugs were $43.64 including tax -$25 rebate = $9.32 each!

Different weights of Platinum MAY cost more AND Ultra Platinum DOES cost more.

Pennzoil Platinum and Ultra Platinum ONLY synthetic oil rebate;
Regular Full synthetic DOES NOT have a rebate.

Shell Rotella T6 Full Synthetic 5w-40 2.5 Gallon was on clearance and is NO LONGER AVAILABLE for $15.


I haven't seen any cash rebates for Mobil 1 so far in 2022, they do have promotion to get a free t-shirt, Yippee!
Also 15w-50 isn't listed as a diesel oil on the jug but online:
"Mobil 1 15W-50 is recommended for all types of vehicles, suitable for use in high-performance turbo-charged, supercharged gasoline and diesel multi-valve fuel injected engines found in passenger cars, light vans and trucks"

On my 2006 VW Jetta Tdi - After a cam known cam failure due to oil and oiling problem, You must us a steel cam and black coated lifters, and you will need new cam bearings.
I do recommend doing the VW BRM Tdi oil mod- I only drill the caps and head, and I don't use modified cam bearings!
