Arctic Surf Clam Salad (Hokkigai Sashimi) 薑蔥絲北極貝沙拉

Arctic surf clams have a little bit of sweet taste. They can be consumed straight with a little bit of wasabi and soy sauce. Simply adding some julienne cut green onions and ginger and seasoning it with some soy sauce, sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds makes a very tasteful and delightful salad.

Ingredients:
1 box of frozen Arctic surf clams (14 oz)
3 to 4 green onions
1 small piece of ginger

Seasoning:
3 to 4 tsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
