A takeaway on this video, if you are looking at the Yoder Smokers, you NEED what they call a competition cart. We are NOT compitition cooks in any way but the name is misleading (and the reason we overlooked it). All we need to do is move the smoker from the smooth carport concrete, to the yard which is over gravel and grass and less than 5'. The compeition cart should have been called the mobility cart. Lesson learned, as you will see in this video.

Love the smoker, it does it all. Best investment in outdoor cooking.
