Residential Structure Fire in Anaheim

On 2-15-23, at around 2:30 a.m., the Anaheim Fire Department received a call about a residential structure fire at 2536 E Virginia Ave. When the first units arrived, they found a fully involved garage with heavy smoke.

In this video, you will see the firefighters quickly taking action and starting to attack the fire. It took around 15 minutes to knock down the flames, but there was some extension into the home which caused some smoke and water damage. Unfortunately, a car in the driveway and a trailer in the garage also received damage from the fire.

The residents were home at the time, and no injuries were reported. The Red Cross has been notified to assist with the displaced residents. Arson investigators are on the scene to determine the cause of the fire.
