It’s important to constantly be working to expand your toolbox when it comes to speaking to spirit. The more we exercise each of our clair senses, the more we expand our frame of reference that spirit uses to communicate information through us. In this exercise, we’ll be exercising your clair senses, clairgustance and clairalience! That's clear tasting and clear smelling, respectively.
