मृत पशुओं का चमड़ा उतारने वाली दलित समाज की सबसे बड़ी संख्या वाली जाति में हालिया सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फ़ैसले पर उत्तर और दक्षिण में सीधा मतभेद है । उत्तर के जाटव जहां इस फ़ैसले के विरोध में सड़क पर हैं वहीं दक्षिण के मडिगा इसके समर्थन में!

There is a direct difference of opinion between the North and the South on the recent Supreme Court decision regarding Dalits, the largest caste in the society, skinning dead animals. While the Jatavs of the North are on the streets in protest against this decision, the Madigas of the South are in support of it!
