The first episode of Behind the Table covers the #livecooking and conversation with the chef at the newly opened Pan Asian Restaurant Vintage Asia by Marriott Hotels in Surat, Gujarat.

First time in Surat, where the chef cooks live on Teppyanki counters for the people who come to dine in and entertains them with his culinary skills. We asked the ingredients, recipe and the names of the each dish presented and served on our table. The chef informed on what it takes to serve the perfect taste on the table.

The Vintage Asia offers Pan Asian Cuisine that includes Sushi and Sashimi, Dimsums, Tom kha soup, laksa soup, upon noodles, kafir lime creme brulee, tab him gob and sweet sticky rice and much more.
