Pomp & Circumstance, affectionately known as P&C, was opened in 2019 by Chef James Ahearn and his wife Melissa Morales. The name "Pomp & Circumstance" reflects their philosophy that every meal should be a great celebration. After years of working in large restaurants, they went after their dream to build a smaller, more intimate dining experience focused on detail and product. Their vision stems from James's Armenian and Sicilian heritage, bringing together flavors and ingredients that seamlessly complement and celebrate both cultures.
