A closer look at the Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX) project in the Philippines. As of March 2021, the overall engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract of the 8.5-km toll expressway is at 72.73% while construction progress alone is at 66.89%, according to the Cebu Cordova Link Expressway Corporation (CCLEC). The bridge is scheduled for substantial completion in December 2021.
