Scotch Pies -Traditional Scottish Favourite

These lovely savoury pies, filled with lamb, are made with a hot water crust pastry. They are a big favourite, particularly in Scotland. The succulent lamb is well seasoned and peppery and tastes so good. The rim is often filled with baked beans, or gravy, for serving. These pies make a great meal.
