For the first one, you are able to detect anything’s heartbeat within a 100 foot radius. It can be people, or animals. You’ll know exactly where they as well. Of course ppl can practice hiding their heartbeat but good luck.

Second one, you have the ability to essentially touch an object and it will immediately go to the owner. If you touch a pencil, it’ll go to the owner of the pencil. By owner it means once a transaction has been made for ownership. That is the owner. You could also touch a car and the car will go to its owner.

Third, your body will never have to worry about maintaining endurance. Or losing a skill you trained. If you were able to do a handstand 10 years ago and stopped. You can do it like a day has never passed. You were able to run a marathon? You can do it tomorrow if you want.

Lastly, for borrowing people’s physical traits. Anybody you can think of you can essentially borrow their trait. For example you can borrow someone’s arm size and have their arms. You can also borrow their head shape or face. It’s just appearance but not the ability of their body.

I’ll take 2 and 3, 2 because I’d get a free parking spot anywhere I go, 3 cause it’s a lot of work maintaining skill work and endurance.
