No shaking hands and no hugs or kisses

Avoid restaurants and shopping malls, all public areas
Avoid public transport
Use disinfection dispensers wherever they are set up
Preferring touch free card payment, avoid cash
Wear gloves when entering pin

Don't take street shoes into house
Limiting visits from relatives to hospitals to a minimum
Extreme care in public toilets
Keep warm, avoid a cold nose
Good nutrition, fruits, vegetable, avoid sugar and refined carbs
