This crepe is crispy :)
The thing that makes it crispy isn't baking soda/powder, it's the rice flour~

I have tried making a crepe without rice flour, the texture was like that off the French crepe...
soft...

The one that only consist of rice flour is hard, n crunchy...
Like a waffle cone...

The one that i use both the AP flour n rice flour makes a soft and thin layer, resulting in the "crispy crepe" texture~

To be honest...
I LOVE to eat crepes~
It's soooo gud~

U get to customize the fillings of ur ow crepes (depending on places....but yes, street food...can~)

The reason i like sprinkles is bc they'r crispy (n colourful~)

Ik it makes me look like a kid...but the world is black n white...
so, i wanted to make it more like my place with rainbows.....

Anyway....
This recipe is INDEED needed to be kept for 30 minutes AT LEAST!
U can exceed the minimum, but pls put them in the fridge or they'll go bad (or sour...and it ain't' my fault 🙃)

Yea...
I did make crepe....
and that wasn't something special...
