Here is the beginning of
#LooseChange, an intro/prelude by myself, and the second track composed by narono.

My good friend Jacob, ( narono ) and I were talking a couple of years ago.
Considering we're both beatmakers, this was the challenge, we should make a whole project about going to the laundromat and washing one's clothes, from loading in your laundry, waiting for it to wash, folding, or even the path home. something magical out of the everyday mundane life.

Here we are a couple years later with tracks from when I first started production seeing the light of day.
Track 01. Laundry Tokens.
A prelude to the first project I've helped to put out. I made this out of audio clips pertaining to clothes washing.
The research and gathering of audio took such a long time, annd for all the work we put into the album, the audio actually pertaining to that of washing clothes is limited to just this less than 15 second part, allowing the listener to form their own experience through out.
Track 02. Beattape, Pt. 2.
We hear a brief bit of two guys looking for some change, possibly for some smokes.
narono on the beat here, a masterful hand at warping whatever sample comes across his way.
For myself, I listened to this track so much.. I love it, it's gorgeous. Just this morning, I told narono there's something about his production that is unmistakeable to me, and this track is proof of that.
