Gina and Travis are back together and living under the same roof again, which is honestly great to see. Gina looks amazing—fashion-forward, great hair—and she seems genuinely happy.

Emily is facing something really heavy this episode: the possibility that her son might be on the autism spectrum. But while she’s trying to focus on that, she’s also dealing with petty drama involving Katie and her alleged ties to bloggers stirring up chaos online. It’s frustrating—something so major in her personal life, being overshadowed by something so trivial.

Tamra is back in therapy, and it’s not going well. She’s grappling with her best friend Teddi Mellencamp’s brain cancer diagnosis—on top of prior melanoma scares—which is devastating news. You can feel how much it’s weighing on her, even as she tries to keep it together.

Heather Dubrow is back in renovation mode with Terry—again—and we get a quick update on her daughter Max, who’s now living in Paris and thriving. Très chic.

Shannon Storms Beador has officially settled her lawsuit with John Janssen. She says she’s a whole new woman after her DUI, but… I couldn’t disagree more. Same Shannon, just with more court dates behind her.

Jen Pedranti is planning a beach wedding—in a bikini. Her kids will be there, which is sweet, but it’s giving Miami Vice meets 1982 calendar shoot. I mean… what do we even do with that?

Meanwhile, the whole cast is getting dragged into blogger drama. Katie and Jen are both involved, and the online mess is spilling over into real life, pulling everyone else into the chaos.
