We recorded a timelapse of the assembly process for the Terix spacebar 6.25u keycaps. The assembly alone took 4 hours, and keep in mind that this is just the assembly part. Before that, we had to mold each piece individually, mix resin with each color, cast it quickly before the resin sets, and let it cure for 16 hours in a pressure pot to achieve perfect hardness. We then demold each block and manually finish the surfaces. Any pieces with bubbles or imperfect shapes are discarded. This process continues until we have enough pieces for one keycap. As you'll see in the video, once the pieces are assembled and secured into the keycap body, additional adjustments are often needed if the pieces don't fit perfectly.

Finally, we pour the final layer over the keycap, which again takes 16 hours to cure. And yes, you're not mistaken—we then go through six more surface finishing steps before a Terix keycap is complete, assuming it passes QC.
