JCI Manila, in collaboration with Miss Universe Philippines, proudly held our joint immersion at Smokey Mountain, Brgy. 128, Tondo. More than just a visit, we showcased the future—featuring the upcoming Smokey Mountain Youth Center under Chair David Roque and the Smokey Mountain Learning Center under Chair Jax Tan.

We were joined by the inspiring kids from the Smokey Mountain Football Clinic with Coach Gino, and with the help of My Children’s House of Hope, Stairway Foundation, and Break the Silence National Network, we officially launched Project SafeSteps. Our technical partners conducted a 2-hour talk on Cyber Security & Safer Internet for kids and parents. This is JCI Manila’s first major campaign on Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Prevention (CSAEP).

This was also the first time we immersed in a community with Miss Universe Philippines delegates, and the first time the candidates visited the JCI Manila Clubhouse, where we proudly shared our rich history and mission.

Another historic milestone: we’ve officially secured a year-long partnership with Empire PH and Miss Universe Philippines. Through their platforms, they will help amplify our causes and support us in our preparations for the upcoming 2026 JCI World Congress, hosted by JCI Philippines and spearheaded by JCI Manila.

A day to remember. A cause worth fighting for. This is just the beginning. 💙👑
