Used panameras can be insanely expensive to own as repair costs can ramp up quickly. However, they have been around for a long time and now that the new one is introduced, older generations might be hitting that magical sweet spot where depreciation levels out. Should you buy a used Panamera? If you are doing it with the idea to dodge depreciation, definitely not. We saw that all generations are still depreciating quickly and then the difference between the generations is not that large. The latest generation drops a bit quicker than the oldest cars but this is to be expected. The facelifted 970s though are still dropping at similar rates. This is higher than expected. Only the very first cars are dropping at lower rates, but also they are still losing more than the average.
