Brand new Caesar salad | Ceasar new recipe

My my invention of new recipe of Caesar salad with brand new recipe of Caesar sauce
Ingredients
*For salad:

100g | 3,5 oz butter
1 glove of garlic
20 shrimps
6-7 cherry tomatoes
1 avacado
arugula or lettuce
sliced Parmesan cheese
pepper mix to taste

*For Caesar sauce:
2 teaspoon capers
2 eggs
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
120 g | 4 oz olive oil
1 tangerine
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt
