6 Tips for a Stress Free NaNoWriMo | Preptober 2023

OPEN ME!: As part of my Preptober content for 2023 I wanted to put up a quick little video with some thoughts and tips I had for having a stress free NaNoWriMo. This will be my third try at NaNo. I was a rebel in 2021 and managed to squeak out about 12k words that year. Then last year I went pedal to the metal and well exceeded the 50k goal with a final total of about 65k words. I won NaNoWriMo 2022. Been there, done that, literally bought the t-shirt. This year I don't have anything to prove, to myself or anyone else, so I'm going back to my rebel status and aiming for about 25k. So I'm really thinking about my approach for Preptober and NaNoWriMo and doing things a little differently this year. So here's my tips! I hope you enjoy! :) xx
