EP 14 - FIRST NIGHT ON ANCHOR OFF CUMBERLAND ISLAND

AHOY! In this episode, we leave Fernandina Florida and cruise a mere 7 nautical miles to Cumberland Island. It was our 5th leg of our Great American Loop Adventure. We swatted enormous horse flies and dropped anchor for the first time. We had planned to put the tender in and cruise on over to the island to explore but we chickened out. We did not have enough confidence in our anchor to leave SeaSHINE. And putting the tender down in the wind made us nervous. Oh well. Baby steps.
