FOR IDLI:
Idli Rice - 3 Cups (300 grams)
Urad dal - 1 Cup
Methi Seeds - 1/2 Tbsp
Salt - 1 Spoon
Hing - 2 pinch

FOR SAMBHAR:
For boiling
Toor Dal - 1/2 Cup
Ambli (Tamarind) - 2 Spoons
Tomatoes - 2
Brinjal - 1
Carrot - 1
Bottlegourd - 1 piece
Potato - 1
Moringa - 1
Turmeric - 1/4 Spoon
Salt - 3/4 Spoon
Hing - 1 Pinch
Water - 2 Glass
Jaggery - 1 Spoon
Tamarind water

For Paste:
Red Chilly Powder - 1 Spoon
Sambhar powder - 2 Spoons
Dhaniya Jeera Powder - 1.5 Spoons
Salt - 2 Pinch
Water - 1/4 Cup

For Tadka:
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 Spoon
Methi seeds - 1/4 Spoon
Dry Red Chilly - 2
Hing - 1/4 Spoon
