The Twinflame runner and chaser dynamic is a soul mate connection that's actually relevant to all soul connections but are most common is with the twin flame connection.

The twin Soul runner and chaser energy can change roles for each side of their love relationship. It first begins when one spirit is not spiritually ready so their conscious mind doesn't completely understand what really is happening then is confused. The runner starts to run and then the chaser will chase the runner.

The runner isn't spiritually awake of what’s happening. They become overwhelmed from the deep intensity of their soul connection.
