Ingredients for #aloomethi:
1. Oil - 1 ½ tbspn
2. Cumin seeds - ½ tspn
3. Ginger - 1 inch (crushed)
4. Garlic - 10 -15 pods (crushed)
5. Green Chili - 1 no
6. Onion - 1 no
7. Salt - as required
8. Turmeric powder - ¼ tspn
9. Red chili powder - 1 tspn
10. Cumin powder - ½ tspn
11. Potato - 300 gms (peeled and cut into dies)
12. Fenugreek leaves - 1 bunch
