Grade VII B hosted a vibrant assembly in celebration of Janmashtami, the birth of Lord Krishna. The assembly opened with the recitation of the Gayatri Mantra. This was followed by an engaging storytelling session that recounted Krishna's life events. In addition to the speeches, the students expressed their devotion to Lord Krishna through a series of dance performances. These performances beautifully depicted Krishna’s Raas Leela with the Gopis and his legendary battle with Kaaliya Nag, symbolizing the triumph of good over evil.

The highlight of the assembly was a symbolic face-off between Krishna and Kalyug, representing the constant struggle between divine truth and the challenges of our modern world. The assembly concluded with the students expressing their gratitude for the opportunity to celebrate Janmashtami and spreading Lord Krishna's blessings to all.
