How to remove silica dust from your spray rig and spray hoses

I've been having major problems with spray tip blockages due to having silica dust contaminate my paint , it took a while for me to even figure out it was silica dust in the first place , but once replacing parts on the spray machine in which I thought maybe containing some form of grit and still not being able to rectify the problem. I had only one option left after speaking to various spray machine technicians, and that was to try and flush the machine through with cellos thinners. Silca dust in your paint is a killer as soon as any moisture touches the dust it turns back to concrete and thats basically what I had float around an dust lining the walls of my spray hose and rig . Hope this video helps because it drove me absolutely insane trying to figure what the hell was going on. The spray blockages were so bad at one point i would get 4 to 5 spray tip blocks in just spraying half a door. Somas I said I hope this helps you if you end up with serious paint contaminate.
