GREY STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION TEMPLATE WITH MATERIAL & LABOUR | Ghar Plans Pakistan

Foundation:
Excavation for foundation trenches up to 2’-6” depth from road level, in all kinds of soil including ramming, watering, compaction, dressing and disposal of surplus material.
Providing and laying 1:4:8 (1cement, 4 sand and 8 aggregate 1” and down gauge) plain cement concrete (PCC) under foundations as per structure drawings including leveling, compacting and curing etc. complete in all respect.
Providing and applying anti-termite treatment to foundation bed, vertical surfaces & under floors from specialized firm like (brand anti termite chemical).
Providing and laying 1st class solid burnt brick masonry set in cement and Chenab sand mortar 1:6.
D.P.C
Providing and laying 2 inch thick horizontal damp proof course (2 layers at the exterior walls and a single layer at the interior walls) with cement concrete 1:2:4 cast in situ using graded screened crush of ¾ inches and down gauge including compacting curing and finishing etc.
Providing and laying Polythene sheet (500 gauge) with Ready Mix Bitumen layer.
Providing damp proof coarse ½ inch on vertical wall surfaces of internal sides of exterior walls of rooms joining two different level horizontal DPCs, cement plaster 1:4.
Filling of Ghassu (Silty-Sand) up to DPC level.
WALLS:
Providing and laying 1st class solid burnt brick masonry in all floors, set in cement and sand mortar 1:6 in walls of 9 “ and above thickness including scaffolding raking out joints and curing etc.
Providing and laying 1st class solid burnt brick masonry in all floors, set in cement and Chenab sand mortar 1:4 in walls 4-1/2” thick including scaffolding, raking out joints and curing etc.
R.C.C. WORKS:
Providing and laying deformed steel Grade 60 reinforcement bars including the cost of straightening, cutting, bending, binding, wastage, complete in all kinds of RCC works.
Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete (in 6” Roof Slabs, Roof Beams/Lintels and Stairs etc as per drawings) by using of Sargodha crush ¾ “ and down gauge, sand and steel plates farm work including leveling, finishing and curing etc.
Use of steel plates for Roof Slab form works.
Contractor to inform Client prior to pouring the roof slab. Pouring of roof slab shall be continuous without any interruptions.
PLASTER:
½” thick cement, sand plaster in 1:3 on ceiling etc. including making edges comers and curing etc.
¾” thick cement, Chenab and plaster in 1:4 on walls, columns etc. including making edges, corners and curing etc.
Jali will be provided on front elevation where parapet and slab will join.
½” Grove will be provided on side & rear elevation where parapet and slab will join.
GREY FLOOR INNER & OUTER:
Providing and laying Brick ballast 1.5” and down gauge under floor including leveling, compacting and curing etc. complete in all respect.
Providing and laying 1:4:8 cement concrete 2” thick using crush and sand under floor as per structure drawings
Compactions shall be verified by Client on Contractor’s notification.
PERAPET:
Providing and laying 2’-6” height Parapet in 1st class solid burnt brick masonry set in cement and sand mortar 1:4 in walls 4-1/2” thick
PIPING:
PPRC 25mm dia pipes will be used for internal wirings for cold/warm water pipes but for outer PPRC pipes 40mm & 32mm dia size will be used for cold & warm water respectively. 3 inch dia waste pipe will be used for drainage of water and 4 inch dia pipe will be used for waste drainage and ultimately they will fall in 6 inch dia pipe which will be laid outside the building.
Laying provided PPRC & PVC pipes/conduits of various sizes for electrical wires, water, telephone, and drainage/sewerage and Brand GI pipes for natural gas as per plumbing and electrical drawings. All water lines shall be tested by keeping the water in the lines for 12-24 hours under 100 psi pressure, prior to concealing.
Provision for exhaust fans and Air Conditioners will be kept in the walls.
DOOR FRAMES
Providing and fixing mild steel door frames 18 SWG and mild steel window safety grills having 3”’ dia. Bars, complete in all respect.
Main entrance door frame shall be of wooden frame.
ROOF TREATMENT:
Providing and applying water proofing over roof comprising of clay tiles size 9” x 4.5” x 1.5” laid with 0.5” joint in between tiles and grouted with 1:3 C.S mortar over 2 inch thick mud bhoosa consist of clay over 1 layer of 2” Jumbolon Sheet, 1 layer of polythene sheet of 500 gauge (joint overlapping 6”) over 2 flood coat of ready mix bitumen @ 2.5 Kg/m2.
UNDERGROUND WATER TANK(UGWT), SEPTIC TANKS
Underground water tank (UGWT) will be constructed in RCC bottom & top slabs and walls as per structural drawings.
Septic Tank 9” thick main walls & 4 ½” thick partition walls in1st class solid burnt brick masonry, set in cement and Chenab sand mortar 1:6 and plaster ½” thick cement, Chenab sand (1:4) with zero size crush/chips-cement plaster 1:4 including curing and laying. Bottom and top slabs will be in RCC.
