The Bella Sisters have a dark backstory that ties into the twisted world of Resident Evil 4. They were once ordinary residents of the village, but like many others, they fell under the control of Los Iluminados, the sinister cult responsible for the Plaga parasite outbreak. The Sisters are bound by blood and tragedy, forever altered by the parasitic infection that transformed them into brutal killing machines. Their fierce loyalty to Los Iluminados makes them a formidable force, as they stop at nothing to serve their cult’s deadly cause.
