Proposals serve as a foundational part of the client process. It allows the client to find out more about how to plan on tackling the project. A good proposal can bring a large amount of confidence and trust before a project even kicks off.

Contracts will save you from getting into serious legal trouble. Let me say this very seriously... NEVER WORK WITHOUT A CONTRACT!!!
