Скачать или смотреть magicJack Support gave me the runaround about managing my grandpa's device

While I mostly have good things to say about magicJack, their customer support was a big let-down when I needed assistance with managing an issue with the magicJack I set up for my grandpa. In short, if you ever set up a magicJack for someone in your or a relative's care, create the account under YOUR name or the relative's name. Despite my 90 year old grandpa never logging into this account (me and my mom have the login credentials), magicJack says HE needs to be present for "verification and security" purposes. What's even more ridiculous is the fact that they have no way of being able to prove that the person they are speaking with, is in fact, the account holder.
