Quick ID from USA Network, circa 1981. The basic cable network had relaunched and rebranded from the Madison Square Garden Sports Network (not to be confused with the current MSG Network) the year before.

Unfortunately, aside from a copyright tag on the outgoing program, there was nothing on the tape to contextually pin down a recording date.
