Driving tour of Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia. Skopje is the largest city in NM with a population of 600k. The territory of Skopje has a rich and long history, as it has been inhabited since at least 4000 BC and since then it has been an important city or the capital of many empires. The city is sitting on the banks of Vardar River and is on a major north–south Balkan route between Belgrade and Athens.
