TR250 Restoration

I'm back down at my brother's house putting in another week on the TR250. When we test drove the car on my last trip I noticed that the speedometer wasn't working and I also noticed that the Tach was registering low. At idle it was showing about 200 rpm.

So my first order of business was to find out why the speedometer wasn't working. I started at the transmission and worked my way forward and everything checked out, so it had to be the gauge. I took it out and sure enough when you tried to turn the input it turned with much resistance and if you turned it enough it locked up. Since im going to send the speedometer to Nisonger for a rebuild I took the Tach out as well and will send it for a rebuild also.

I started cleaning up the side marker light and ran into some issues there but I ultimately found out that the lens and chrome trim ring are available, so I ordered some.
