(8 Oct 1974) Sheik Mujibur Rahman, Prime Minister of Bangadesh, arrived in in Baghdad with a 30-member delegation. The arrival marked the begiining of a three-day visit to Iraq. Rahman was welcomed at Baghdad International Airport by Saddam Hussein, Vice-Chairman of the Revolutionary Command Council (RCC), and various of ministers and officials.
