George Monbiot is a journalist for The Guardian, a writer and an activist. In his book Regenesis, he argues that Farming is the most destructive human activitity ever to have blighted the Earth. Among other things, he pleads for an end to animal agriculture. Precision fermentation should provide our protein in the future.
