CX500 Rescue PT2 - Carburetor Cleaning and Vacuum Sync

CX500 Rescue PT2 - Carburetor Cleaning and Vacuum Sync! The CX500 is running much better after a carburetor cleaning and vacuum sync which I gave an intro to in the previous video. This shows a good A/B test on doing a bench sync vs a vacuum sync on your carburetors. A bench sync will get you pretty close but as you see its not perfect. Overall I was within a half turn of the adjustment to be truly equal.

For my ultrasonic cleaner I use a simple green pro HD currently. This was recommended by another shop owner who does a lot of aluminum parts. So far it seems to work well. https://amzn.to/3R0b5i3

- 30l Ultrasonic cleaner
- 5 gallons hot water
- half gallon simple green
- A few squirts of dawn dish soap
- 35-60 degrees Celsius depending on what i'm doing. Hotter temps remove paint so use caution.
