There are five factors to calculate cost.
1. Material Type (2 Later or 3 later or other)
2. Pouch Type (central seal, three side seal, side gusset, six side seal with gusset, standup pouch or standup with zipper pouch)
3. Pouch Size
4. Material Thickness (material thickness is measured in microns and as different layers, we need to know thickness of all laters
5. Quantity required by you. We can make quantity starting from 150 kg to your requirement but rate varies quantity to quantity. Wastage proportion and time cost increases for lower quantity so we need to calculate considering all factors.
These five factors are main but main important is which material to take is depends on the product to be packed so first point is the product.
For example, if ghee is to be packed then thickness and quality of LD PE film is different than all other general products like tea and spices or grains. Liquid material needs special grade films. So every product has different packaging requirements so customer has to clarify all details then and then only one can provide perfect cost details. There is no menu for all packaging material price so talk to your printer with all details, you will get perfect reply.
