Jonathan Cannon Notches Career-High 7 Strikeouts vs. Mariners (6.12.24)

White Sox pitcher Jonathan Cannon notched his career-high with his 7 K performance vs. the Seattle Mariners on 6/12. He tossed 7.0 innings, allowing only 1 run on 4 hits.

Cannon made his fourth career start after making his major league debut on 4/17/24.

Prior to last night's start, Cannon earned his first career save in his first major-league relief appearance on 6/7/24 vs. Boston allowing three hits with no walks and four strikeouts over 3.0 scoreless IP. He became the first White Sox pitcher to record a 3.0 IP save since Chris Beck on 4/23/18 vs. Seattle.
