INGREDIENTS
Activate Yeast:
1/2 Cup Warm Water
1 & 1/2 Tsp Sugar
1 & 1/4 Tsp Active Dry Yeast

Pizza Dough:
1 & 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour/Maida
Salt
1 Tsp Oil

Pizza Sauce:
2 Medium Tomato
1/2 Cup Water
2-3 Tsp Oil
1 Tsp Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Chilli Powder
Salt
1/2 Tsp Pizza Seasoning Mix
1 Tsp Sugar

Toppings:
1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (for 1 pizza)
Onion Slices
Sweetcorn
Pizza Seasoning Mix

METHOD
Take warm water and add sugar. Mix until sugar is dissolved. Now add active dry yeast and mix well. Cover and set aside for 10-15 minutes for activation.
⁠Take all purpose flour and salt. Mix well. Add the activated yeast mixture and water as required to make medium soft dough.
⁠If kneading with hands, knead for 15 minutes. If using stand mixer or electric beater with dough hook attachment, knead for 5 minutes.
⁠Add 1 tsp oil and form a dough ball. Cover and rest till it doubles in size.
⁠Meanwhile, add tomatoes and some water to a pan. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the tomato peel ans let them cool down. Now, blend the tomatoes to a paste.
⁠Heat oil in a pan and add garlic paste and fry for a minute. Add chilli powder and the tomato puree. Add salt, sugar, pizza seasoning mix and cook till the sauce slightly thickens. The pizza sauce is ready.
⁠After the dough rises and doubles in size, deflate it and divide into 4 equal portions. Using some flour roll into sheet and prick only the middle part with a fork leaving the sides as is.
⁠Heat 1-2 tsp oil in a pan and place the pizza base. Cook on both the sides at medium flame.
⁠Prepare all 4 pizza bases the same way.
⁠Take one base and place on pan at low flame. Apply pizza sauce, add cheese and other toppings. Cover and cook till the cheese melts.
⁠Serve the pizza hot and enjoy!
