If you've never been to the International Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque, we invite you to come along for a spectacular display of color. We share the sights, the sounds, and the food we enjoyed while there. Plus, if you watch to the end, I try to duplicate the delicious Breakfast Burrito I enjoyed at the Balloon Fiesta.

In this video, we also show you what the drive from Las Cruces to Albuquerque is like. We give you a glimpse of Old Town Albuquerque. We eat at the Church Street Cafe, and we visit the Salsa Saint, where they not only have the largest selection of New Mexican salsas and chile sauces, they sell candles that smell like roasting green chile!
